NO spine creases. Front and rear covers show only very minor edge wear with the front cover having a 2 inch diagonal crease at lower right outside corner. Text is clean/tight with crammed with b/w cartoons. Since cheaper paper was used there are some very light normal browning along page edges otherwise still very nice.
