No foxing. Clean, tight, and unmarked. Original green cloth, handsomely decorated in black and red. The front cover features a scene of a man chopping wood with a cabin in the background. No flaking of the white lettering, or other colors. Illustrated by the author with 17 full-page photographs, including a tissue-guarded frontispiece in color. Top edge gilt.
