A revised edition of Sir Walter Lawry Buller's A History of the Birds of New Zealand, containing tipped-in reproductions of the 48 original colour plates by J.G. Keulemans. In slipcase. Pictorial dust jacket. Blue cloth boards with bird design in gilt on the front and gilt titles on the black cloth spine. Decorative endpapers.
Slip case soiled and moderately worn along edges. Dust jacket with mild edge wear; small chips at foot of spine. Boards with no significant signs of wear. A few small marks on edges of text block; otherwise pages clean. Binding firm.
