Newton Abbot: David & Charles, 1971. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. VG/VG, used, hc, maroon cloth with gilt text to spine, 112 pages. Interior clean, near bright. Binding tight. Slightest of wrinkling to top edge of the dj at the head of the spine, no chips or tears. There is a dated inscription on the ffep. As best I can make out it reads "Presented to Lt. Col. John R. Riddell with thanks on behalf of the American Historical Foundation and William ? Swindell. It may not read Swindell as I can not make it out. There is also a signature under that of Robert A. B???? dated 24 July 1980.
