Sobre este item
First edition hardcover, with dust jacket, published by Morrow, 1946. Australian stockman, Tom Mitchell, is determined to break Brindle Royalist, a big, tough bull. Filled with details of life in the Australian plains. 235 pages, 5-7/8" X 8-1/4". Brown cloth covered cove boards, with a design of a calf on the front cover board and the title in dark brown on the spine. Dust jacket is intact and is not price clipped, it does show several chips and short tears at the edges, the largest being one at the head of the spine about 1/2" X 1/2". Brief inscription on the top portion of the first flyleaf page, dated 1948, and also a name and address of a former owner on the following page too - about 3" X 1-1/4". No further writing besides that though. Edges of the text block are clean. This is not a library discard copy. The attached photos are of the copy we have in our inventory.
