London: Chapman & Hall. Bound in red cloth, with black titles and illustration to front board and spine, this 1906 First Edition is VG. XV1/472pp with 52 Plates and 31 illustrations set in text. Minor staining to fore-edge area of front board (first inch only slightly affected) and small stain to front board near hinge; slight wear to top/tail of spine; slight wear to back hinge of front board. One or two gatherings very slightly sprung, causing them to be slightly proud at fore-edge. These faults very minor: otherwise VG . Very Good. Hardback. First Edition. 1906.
