From the dust jacket "This story opens on the morning of Armistice Day and continues the adventures of the author of The Weary Road in many lands and in many callings." Very clean, unmarked book. Old bookseller stamp on rear endpaper. In unclipped ($2.50) dust jacket that shows light chipping top of spine, small hole at bottom of spine affecting the last letter of the publisher's name. Stated First Edition on copyright page. Book condition VG+ in VG DJ. Uncommon title.
