A significant contribution to southern culinary literature. Most recipes attributed. Craig Claiborne said "In my travels around America I have found Bayou Cuisine to be one of the best and most outstanding of the regional cookbooks." In stiff, color printed boards with clear acetate over each panel; black plastic comb is titled in green. The scarce belly band with promotional blurbs is present. Previous owner's pencil inscription to front endpaper, otherwise near fine.
