One of the subjects of these poems is "Shakspeare". Camilo [Ferreira Botelho] Castelo Branco (1825-1890, created 1.º Visconde de de Correia Botelho in 1885) was a novelist, playwright, poet and polemical writer - the most prolific author in the Portuguese language and the first to be able to live from the income of his writing. *** Santos, Revista bibliográfica camiliana 121.
