Considered then at First Edition to be the definitive work in its field, covering the design, manufacture, marketing and sale of cut and engraved glass. Sterling condition hardcover copy, with unbruised tips, tight binding, and clean internals, showing only very slight shelf- and edge-wear; not ex-library, with neither underlining nor highlighting anywhere. Bound handsomely in an oatmeal cloth, with sharp and distinct blue lettering to cover and spine. Moderately worn dust jacket present, but protected in Brodart and not price-clipped. Nearly 500 illustrations, a big, tall volume measuring 8 1/2" x 11" in width and height, respectively. xix [1], 1-497 pp. Completely with indexes, bibliography, appendixes, with black-and-white photos & dwgs.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards.
