Please add $5.50 for USPS Priority postage for one book, in U.S., add $1.50 for each additional volume. Pamphlets and maps will require less postage-- we'll advise you. For postage outside the U.S., we'll send items at cost, via surface mode, unless you request air mail. In U.S., if you prefer book rate, ask for it. It'll cost $3.50 for first book, $1.00 for each additional.
