Hardcover. 240 pp. Fine in very good, bright, crisp dust jacket with a tiny chip upper rear panel corner and some very shallow creasing top edge. One of the most famous books in the genre, a work that claims that extraterrestrials are among us on earth, helping mankind to prepare for a New Age that will dawn after a cataclysmic shift of the earth at the end of the 20th century (the timing was off, we guess). The author claimed that much of the material was actual testimony from men and women who had encountered aliens and who sometimes were even taken aboard flying saucers.
