Red end papers; front free end paper has inscription ""To Life !"" in bold black marker followed by what looks like someone's initial. Otherwise interior text block clean & tight; no other writing or markings noted. Dust jacket very good but with discoloration on the verso (appears to be offset of color from something laid in) and shows as smudge on bottom corner of front jacket; not price clipped. *Published in 1999 at the beginning of the 21st Century.
