Damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported to the Seller within 14 days of delivery. For damaged items, the Seller may request photographs of the damaged item from the Buyer.

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days past the delivery confirmation date. The Buyer pays for the cost of return shipping. Refunds are issued within 3-5 days of the delivery of the return. For items returned in their original condition, a refund of 100% of the purchase price of the item will be issued.

CR Books reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 50% for items that are not returned in their original condition.
