Fair. The front cover of this 1939 former-library paperback is loose.. The text is unmarked. The cover has some small chips and the spine is torn at the top and the bottom. The cover is also worn around the edges. Evidences of its former libary life are the call number writen in white on the spine, a pocket and several labels inside the front cover, and a partially blacked-out stamp on the bottom of each of the eight or so pages of front matter as well as on p. 17.

This is a solid missal with only a bit of wear around the edges. The pages are unmarked and the binding is tight.
