A centralized control is only initiated by the external introduction of direct dominance by the Lima state.".

As is often the case with the doomsayers, he fails to take into account the ingenuity of the human species for survival. But it seems to be more than that. He says that agriculture cannot keep pace, but even if it could he wants to restrict the number of people being born, through strict controls if necessary. The collection, considered one of the best in the field of Western Americana, was given to Yale University. The author was a prominent historian and bookseller who helped Mr. Coe assemble the collection. An interesting sidelight is that Mr. Coe had purchased Buffalo Bill Cody's ranch in Wyoming in 1910 and that is said to have been the genesis of the collection..
