Volumes I-III are 12th (1947), 3rd and 2nd (both 1943) editions respectively, thereafter all are first editions.

Red title and name labels, gilt. Spines with lettering and rampant lion device stamped in gilt. Single gilt ruled borders on boards. All edges gilt. Fine. A fantastic presentation of this important set.
