Finley (Director of the National Gallery of Art), Huntington Cairns, H.N.(?) McBride, and John Walker (Chief Curator and Director of the National Gallery from 1956-1969). Accompanied by a near fine copy of the first edition in a makeshift brown paper dustwrapper with a handwritten note on the front wrap: "First edition, Marked by Nat. Gal. for Color Correction."
